5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at wk333 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the total bonus amount. The calculation applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — once the period expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• To cancel a bonus, you must contact support; however, any bonus funds already wagered will not be refunded.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account closure.
• wk333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The platform reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse.

5.4 VIP Program

wk333 has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. The terms and calculation method for cashback are determined at wk333's discretion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

wk333 maintains a fair play policy across all games. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited.

6.2 Bet Validity

Once a bet has been finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, wk333 reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of that game.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, market rules apply separately for each sport. The wk333 market rules must be followed for all sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. In the event of a dispute, data recorded by wk333 shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wk333 platform:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts ("bonus hunting").
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using third-party payment accounts.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Helping minors open accounts or allowing minors to use your account.
• Attempting unauthorised access to wk333's systems, servers, or network.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

8.2 Suspension by wk333

wk333 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete age or identity verification.
